Free parking and clean rooms. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel turned out to be spotlessly clean and the breakfast option was satisfactory. The service was fantastic with parking next to venue. The hotel had an excellent location minutes from Centro Sociale Rivolta. I enjoyed a great restaurant with a local menu.

The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. The views from my spacious bedroom were pleasant. Magnificent and amazing hotel's location, as it was in front of a bus station. It was a beautiful area, a nice base for me...

Wicked cozy spot! The rooms were clean and had all the essentials. Staff was super friendly, especially Valentina, who gave us a map of Venice and a few great local tips. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Parking was a huge bonus, too. Just watch out for Dino's hugs-definitely makes for a nice stay!

During trip everything was perfect and we would still consider staying here again. The location of the property was stunning, to Venice Marco Polo airport.

Hotel's location was marvellous as it was in front of a bus stop. The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short stroll to the train station. Our stay was made even better with the spacious room for all of us, and we loved the warm welcome from the staff, who were always friendly. Plus, being pet-friendly meant we could bring along our dog comfortably.

My children wanted more options at breakfast.

The Casa Villa Gardenia offers a cozy atmosphere and a good location with a short walk to the train station. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with charming old Italian decor. I appreciated the good-sized bathroom and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities, along with a refrigerator stocked with drinks. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. The owner was cute and offered helpful local advice. On the downside, there was minor discomfort due to the lack of air conditioning, made the room quite warm at times. A better system for cooling the room would enhance the stay significantly.

The place is nice, and has free parking, air conditioning, and a tv. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

I had a delightful stay with spacious, sparkling clean rooms and a breakfast spread that had something for everyone. The host's thoughtful details really made it special. Just wish the parking gates were more secure! Would totally come back!

It's just a short walk to the train station. The rooms are spacious, and there's a lovely vibe throughout.

The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a wider selection. We were hoping for more options to start our day.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a deluxe room with air conditioning upon arrival.
